Care Options for Kids is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide dedicated one-to-one pediatric home nursing. You will follow a plan of care under RN supervision, ensuring safety and compassionate care in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License required.
• TB skin test or TB blood test (QF) required.
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person) required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• G-tube, trach or vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment.
• Follow the plan of care and clinical policies under RN supervision.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure patient comfort and safety.
