Cridersville Health Care Center in Cridersville, Ohio is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our growing team. You will lead clinical care, coordinate resident services, administer medications, and work with an interdisciplinary team to uphold the highest standards of resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ health needs and develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report changes to staff.

• Document patient progress and outcomes using electronic medical records.
