Job summary

Cedar Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Clemmons, NC is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide compassionate daily resident care in a skilled nursing setting. You will assist with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and vital sign checks, helping residents maintain dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from NC
• Current/active CPR certification, preferred
• Effective verbal and written English communication

Responsibilities

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating
• Take and record patient vital signs, assist with lifting/moving and transport
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nurse management
• Communicate and interact effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff
• Assist nurses with various duties as directed
