Job summary

Mercy is seeking Registered Nurses for its Regional Float Pool across Southeast Missouri. The role supports multiple hospitals with night shifts, part-time ~24 hours per week, and a flexible assignment within the St. Louis region footprint.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure in the state or compact, BSN preferred, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Epic experience is a plus; sign-on bonuses and education assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• BSN preferred.
• RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across adult/geriatric populations.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Float across Mercy facilities in the Southeast/Cape Girardeau region.
