Job summary

Mercy South and surrounding communities seeks experienced Registered Nurses to join the Regional Float Pool. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for adult/geriatric patients across multiple Mercy facilities.

The role is part-time at 24 hours per week, nights, with a sign-on bonus of $10,000 and shift differentials. Benefits start day one, with 401(k) and tuition support programs to grow with Mercy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Preferred BSN.
• Must hold active RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Report to facilities within Mercy’s regional footprint.
• Float across multiple units including Med/Surg, Telemetry and ICU.
