Mercy’s Regional Float Pool is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide bedside care across multiple hospitals in the St. Louis region, including Med/Surg, Tele and ICU settings.

This part-time night-shift role offers diverse clinical exposure and ongoing learning. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• RN license in state or compact licensure.
• BSN preferred.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Provide patient care across Mercy facilities in the regional footprint.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams across units.
• Maintain documentation and adherence to quality standards.
