Job summary

Mercy is seeking registered nurses to join the Regional Float Pool. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care across multiple facilities within Mercy's footprint, primarily on night shifts.

The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus with no contract and competitive regional differentials. Requirements include a graduate of an accredited nursing program, RN licensure (state or compact), and 1 year of bedside Med/Surg experience (2+ years for ICU/other specialties).

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with nursing standards.
• Report to facilities within Mercy's regional footprint as assigned at hire.
• Provide care across multiple Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region as part of the Regional Float Pool.
• Collaborate with diverse care teams and patient populations to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
