Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Regional Float Pool in Missouri. This part-time role (24 hours/week) covers multiple Mercy hospitals in the St. Louis region, primarily night shifts, offering a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package from day one.

The ideal candidate will have an RN license, at least two years of bedside experience, and Epic familiarity. Preference for BSN, with opportunities for professional growth and cross-hospital collaboration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Preferred BSN.
• RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Minimum two years bedside RN experience.
• Epic experience preferred.
