Job summary

CHI is seeking a Regional Market Float nurse in Omaha to provide nursing care across multiple facilities. The position offers a 25% hourly differential and a $15,000 sign-on bonus, emphasizing flexibility and teamwork in responding to staffing needs.

Qualified candidates should possess an active RN license, basic life support, ACLS certification, and at least two years of PCU experience. The role involves following the nursing process and requires the ability to travel to various healthcare sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the state of Nebraska, Iowa, or nurse licensure compact.
• Basic Life Support required upon hire.
• ACLS certification required upon hire.
• Ability to travel to multiple metro facilities as needed on short notice.
• At least 2 years of PCU experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow the nursing process, including assess, plan, implement, and evaluate.
• Collect and analyze consumer data.
• Administer medications accurately and safely.
• Execute accurate and thorough documentation for all patients treated.
• Keep up with Physician orders.
