Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and quality oversight for the Referral Management Center locations and serve as the primary contractor contact.
• Monitor performance and data quality and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Prepare and submit monthly performance and quality reports.
• Address patient and MTF complaints and performance concerns within established timeframes.
• Provide training to MTF clinical staff on referral processes, quality, and timeliness requirements.
• Supervise assigned Referral Clerks and LPN/LVN personnel, including coaching and performance management.
