Job summary

Brightli is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Recovery Services team in St. Charles, MO. You will provide compassionate care across behavioral health, substance use treatment, and community-based settings, performing assessments, coordinating care, and educating clients.

The role requires an active MO RN license, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work with diverse populations. Telehealth capability and EHR proficiency are valued in this position.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as required.
• Willingness and ability to provide telehealth services to the individuals served.
• ACLS certification preferred; BCLS certification required for some assignments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care across residential, behavioral health, substance use treatment, crisis, outpatient, primary care, and community settings.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop action plans.
• Coordinate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support health outcomes.
• Monitor health status and respond to emergencies, adverse events, and changes in condition.
• Educate clients about medications, health needs, and disease prevention.
• Administer medications and oversee administration; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate medical appointments and lab work; review lab results and treatment changes.
• Maintain infection control and client hygiene; document care accurately.
