Qualifications

• Current RN license in Missouri.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as needed.
• Comfort providing telehealth services.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• LIMA trainer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and support treatment planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and treatment teams to coordinate care.
• Educate clients and families on health conditions and medications.
• Monitor health status and develop action plans addressing physical and behavioral health needs.
• Administer and oversee medications, including injections, per regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate medical appointments.
