Job summary

BrightView Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join its Behavioral Health team. The RN will provide clinical nursing care, administer medications, and support treatment planning for individuals on the recovery journey.

Strong empathy and teamwork are essential to coordinate care with physicians, counselors, and support staff. The role emphasizes adherence to HIPAA and BrightView’s infection control protocols, with opportunities for professional growth and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably in behavioral health or addiction settings.
• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred in drug/alcohol or psychiatric settings.
• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and injections according to nursing practice guidelines.
• Monitors vital signs and participates in dose adjustments and treatment planning.
• Documents orders, medication administration, and patient progress in the EMR.
• Coordinates appointments, attends meetings, and communicates with the care team.
