HCA Florida South Tampa Hospital is seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator RN to lead performance data collection and analysis for quality improvement initiatives. You will coordinate committees, prepare physician profiles, and drive process improvements within a dynamic clinical setting.

Qualifications

• RN Diploma or related health care program completed.
• Current FL RN License required.
• 1–3 years recent acute clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, evaluation, and dissemination of performance data for quality improvement programs.
• Abstract and analyze data for Core Measures, FMQAI, and other patient care initiatives.
• Coordinate Performance Improvement Committees/Teams: meeting prep, agendas, minutes, follow-up.
• Prepare physician reappointment quality profiles and other physician-related performance projects.
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives using problem-solving, root cause analysis, or FMECA.
• Maintain proactive communication within the department and suggest procedural changes as needed.
