Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Waterbury is hiring a Director of Quality Management (RN) to lead performance improvement from day one of our brand-new facility.

You will oversee clinical quality, coordinate with medical staff and leadership, ensure regulatory readiness, and drive strategies to elevate patient care and safety. RN licensure and BLS are required; five years of clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where the hospital resides.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience.
• Prior quality management experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance improvement operations for assigned PAM Health hospital.
• Coordinate with hospital leadership to foster a safety culture.
• Liaise with accrediting/regulatory bodies (TJC, CIHQ, CMS, Department of Health).
• Provide direction to medical staff regarding quality measures.
