Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Aiken is opening a brand-new rehab hospital this fall. We seek an experienced Director of Quality Management (RN) to shape patient care from the start and lead performance improvement across the hospital.

Relocation assistance up to $20,000 is available based on location and distance from the hospital, and a comprehensive benefits package accompanies this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Minimum of five years current clinical experience.
• Prior quality management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance improvement functions for the hospital efficiently and cost effectively.
• Coordinate with hospital and medical staff leadership to foster a safety culture.
• Serve as liaison with accrediting/regulatory bodies (TJC, CIHQ, CMS, Dept. of Health).
• Provide direction to medical staff regarding quality measures.
