Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in quality/performance improvement and accreditation.
• Knowledge of standards, survey methodology and regulatory requirements.
• Regularly accesses resources to maintain professional knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, facilitate and advise center quality council and performance improvement teams.
• Document reports and ensure monthly/quarterly data for trends and improvement.
• Coordinate center policies to comply with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Maintain center survey readiness and staff education related to safety and quality.
