Job summary

University of Michigan Health-West is seeking a Quality Supervisor for Quality Management. The role oversees CQIs, clinical data registries and essential CMS/eCQM submissions, driving performance improvement and patient safety across the department.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in Michigan, with a BSN and preferably a master’s in nursing, plus at least three years of related quality initiative experience and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; registered nurse with Michigan license.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; Master’s degree preferred for leadership.
• Minimum of three years' experience with quality initiatives, registries or core measures.

Responsibilities

• Oversees CQIs, clinical data registries and CMS/eCQM reporting for quality programs.
• Provides direction and mentorship to quality staff and coordinators.
• Monitors performance data and leads improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety.
