Job summary

Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking an RN, Quality Improvement Specialist to join our Quality and Patient Safety team. You will lead system-wide performance improvement initiatives, provide guidance on evidence-based practice, and collaborate with clinical teams to design processes that enhance patient care and safety.

With a BSN, Wisconsin RN license and at least five years of RN experience, you will work in business hours (40 hours/week) to support regulatory compliance and population

Qualifications

• RN with at least 5 years of experience.
• BSN required; Wisconsin RN license active.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Experience with data analysis or quality improvement is a plus.
• LEAN methodology experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support performance improvement projects
• Serve as a resource on evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with departments on process design
• Support compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, state regulations, and organizational policies
