Job summary
HSHS Medical Group seeks a Quality Improvement Nurse to advance high-quality, safe patient care across the organization. This role partners with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to analyze clinical outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and guide sustainable solutions using system-wide quality methodologies.
The candidate will provide coaching and education, support regulatory readiness, and align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN required after Jan 4, 2026 for new hires.
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Quality, Public Health, or related discipline preferred.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice; CPHP certification required or within 2 years of hire.
Responsibilities
- Lead and advance high-quality, safe, and reliable patient care across the organization.
- Partner with nursing, interdisciplinary teams, and leadership to analyze clinical outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coach, educate, and perform performance analysis while supporting regulatory readiness and high-reliability principles.
