• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care, engaging patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, collaborates with the care team, and influences outcomes.
• Upholds a culture of safety and maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units or facilities to meet patient care needs.
• Adheres to ANA Code of Ethics and ethical decision-making, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.
