Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and four years of clinical nursing experience; one year in quality improvement.
• Current RN licensure with Alabama Board of Nursing is required.
• Work experience in quality improvement activities is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate quality improvement and performance activities across hospital and field teams.
• Support obstetric and neonatal teams during emergency protocols and transport preparation.
• Provide training and consultation to hospitals, EMS, and partners.
• Lead PDSA cycles, 30/60/90 day work plans and small tests of change.
• Develop webinars, identify speakers, and manage training sessions.
• Hold regular meetings to assess training needs and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with ALPQC staff and data partners on projects.
