Job summary

Trinity Health seeks a Performance Excellence / Project Manager to provide operational support across nursing quality, safety, regulatory, and strategic initiatives. You will report to the Director of Clinical Support Services and align Quality and Nursing efforts to improve outcomes.

This role drives standardized project management, tracks progress on Magnet readiness and patient safety initiatives, and supports data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• BSN degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Master of Science in Nursing preferred.

Position Summary

This role aligns with Performance Excellence / Project Manager functions, reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Support Services. The primary focus is to provide dedicated operational support and project management across nursing quality, safety, regulatory, and strategic initiatives. The position will bridge the gap between Quality and Nursing, ensuring alignment, communication, and execution of key priorities. It will drive accountability, standardize project management practices, and support measurable improvements in nursing-sensitive outcomes, regulatory readiness, and strategic initiatives.

Key functions

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to quality, safety, and nursing excellence

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice / employment.
• Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing. Specialty credentialing & educational degree according to clinical nursing practice specialty area. (Master of Science in Nursing is preferred)

Pay Range: $35.80 - 53.70

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
