• Develop, implement and monitor clinical and operational systems improvement projects that support key strategic priorities.
• Provide systems analysis and performance optimization to enhance quality and risk reduction.
• Act as a change agent to improve organizational outcomes and accreditation readiness.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure high reliability and compliance with JC/regulatory standards.
• Engage staff at all levels to sustain improvements and drive accountability.
