UVM Health - Central Vermont Medical Center seeks a Quality Improvement Consultant to lead clinical and operational systems improvement efforts. The role partners with leadership to implement and monitor projects aligned with strategic priorities, applying quality management tools to analyze workflows and reduce risk.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with BSN, MSN preferred, and brings 5+ years in quality or healthcare administration.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• 5+ years in systems, quality, or healthcare administration.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and management.
• Experience with JC/regulatory agency prep and surveys.
• Experience with electronic document management systems desirable.
