Job summary

Summa Health in Akron, OH is seeking an RN for Quality Review. The role administers the Medical Staff's quality improvement program, liaises with hospital leadership, and supports credentialing data capture.

You will review records to derive variance information for peer review across all departments and complete regulatory core measure auditing and data entry. The ideal candidate holds an ADN (BSN preferred), current Ohio RN license, and at least five years of acute-care nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current license to practice registered nursing in the State of Ohio.
• Graduate of CCNE or ACEN accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Administers Medical Staff quality improvement programs and serves as liaison between Medical Staff and the hospital.
• Provides clinical information to maximize peer review and aids in data capture for credentialing.
• Performs complete record reviews to provide variance information for peer review across departments.
• Completes regulatory core measure auditing and data entry.
