The GEO Group seeks an experienced RN for Quality Control to lead quality improvement activities within Health Services, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. This role supports audits and process enhancements across care delivery.

Responsibilities include developing procedures, coordinating with the healthcare team, analyzing data, and reporting outcomes to management. Requires a nursing license and at least two years of experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current license in the state where the facility is located.
• Minimum two years of direct work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and infection control standards.
• Ability to work independently using approved protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inquiries by outside agencies during audits or reviews.
• Develop processes to ensure quality patient services and compliance.
• Coordinate with health care team to assess and plan patient care.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, reduce costs, and improve services.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement change options.
• Address non-compliance areas and integrate standards into workflows.
• Document improvement activities and report to management.
• Evaluate services and charges for health care providers.
