Mission Hospital in North Carolina is seeking an RN - Quality Coordinator to lead and facilitate the development of quality initiatives, ensuring evidence-based practice and collaboration with medical staff. You will analyze data and drive process improvements to achieve better outcomes.

The role also involves leading committees, coordinating action plans, and recruiting and mentoring new staff within the Mission Health culture. A BSN and active RN licensure are required, with MSN preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing; BSN required.
• RN with NC Board of Nursing licensure; eNLC may apply.
• National Nursing Certification in area of specialty.
• If RN, BSN to be completed within 4 years of hire.
• MSN preferred.
