Job summary

Regency Hospital - Florence is seeking a part-time Quality Coordinator (RN) to support our post-ICU patient care program at Regency Hospital - Florence. The role focuses on assisting the DQM with the hospital quality program, including survey readiness, QAPI participation, and quality improvement activities.

The position requires an active RN license and at least two years of clinical experience, preferably in LTACH or short-term acute care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the appropriate state is required.
• At least two years of clinical experience, preferably in LTACH or short-term acute care.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DQM with all aspects of the hospital quality program.
• Support survey activities to maintain accreditation, certification and licensure.
• Participate in monthly QAPI interdisciplinary meetings and review quarterly quality reports.
• Assist with medical staff quality improvement activities and EOC duties.
• Conduct monthly safety rounds and quality control surveillance; handle data entry and reporting.
• Provide employee training and education; work with leadership to meet reporting requirements.
