Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Midtown Atlanta is seeking a Quality Coordinator (RN) to support the hospital's quality program and accreditation readiness. The RN must hold an active state license and contribute to patient safety and performance improvement initiatives.

You will assist the DQM and Medical Director with reviews, participate in QAPI meetings, perform data entry, reporting, and staff education, while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with valid state licensure.
• Experience in LTACH or acute care preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist DQM with hospital quality program.
• Support accreditation, certification and licensure activities.
• Assist with monthly QAPI team meetings and reviews.
• Perform safety duties and quality control tasks.
• Support data entry, analysis and reporting.
