Job summary

Right Hire Consulting LLC seeks an RN Quality Clinical Excellence Specialist to coordinate disease-specific certifications and drive excellence in Heart Failure and Stroke care. The role champions accreditation readiness, staff education, and performance improvement across clinical teams.

You will lead data-driven quality initiatives, collaborate with departments, and promote evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (State required).
• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience in cardiovascular or stroke care.
• Experience in quality improvement, clinical documentation, or accreditation.
• Proficient in data collection, interpretation, and reporting.
• Strong communication, education, and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission standards, Core Measures, and Disease-Specific Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and metrics related to Heart Failure and Stroke certifications.
• Lead accreditation and re-certification efforts to maintain recognition of clinical excellence.
• Collect, enter, analyze, and present QI data including Core Measures and peer review metrics.
• Serve as a QI leader, collaborating across departments to drive performance improvement.
• Facilitate hospital-wide compliance with accreditation standards.
• Provide staff education and lead Quality orientation sessions for new employees.
• Lead accreditation survey activities and ensure ongoing readiness.
• Develop community outreach programs related to Heart Failure and Stroke awareness.
