Responsibilities

• Lead Stroke and Chest Pain programs with accreditation oversight.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, EMS, and clinical teams.
• Monitor quality metrics and improve care timelines and outcomes.
• Support Joint Commission surveys, mock surveys, and action plans.
• Develop, revise, and implement policies and guidelines.
• Provide staff education and staff development across venues.
• Act as liaison to medical community and external partners.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives using PDSA methods.
