Job summary

Health Marketing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus on Quality Assurance to join a dedicated healthcare team.

The RN will assess and improve clinical outcomes by analyzing performance data, support patient safety initiatives, collaborate with departments to implement improvements aligned with CMS, TJC, and CDPH, translate data into actionable insights, and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a healthcare-related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality, clinical, compliance, or healthcare administration.
• Current California RN license and BLS certification.
• Experience with regulatory bodies and process implementation.
• Project management and training experience preferred.
