Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Washington.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification.

This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under his/her direction. The Clinic Nurse provides a single standard of care to patients using evidence based disease state management clinical pathways. This encompasses primary care prevention and chronic disease management including self-management support and coordination of care. The RN is responsible for providing daily direction to non-provider clinical staff. Work with the healthcare team to identify appropriate utilization of resources. **Per diem /variable hours****Monday - Friday /Days****Must be able to work 72 hours per month and attend full day trainings the first two weeks** **Qualifications** * Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required.
