The role involves direct and collaborative patient care in a psychiatric facility, with Illinois licensure and CPR certification required. Formación

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Illinois license to practice as an RN.
• BSN preferred.
• CPR certification required; training in aggression management within 30 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct and indirect patient care to individuals and families.
• Assess patients’ physical and psychological conditions throughout care.
• Coordinate care with the health team using the nursing process.
• Contribute to development and documentation of tailored goals and interventions.
