Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and IL nursing license required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPR certification and aggression-management training within 30 days of employment; competency exam required.

Responsabilités

• Engage with the health care team to provide direct and indirect patient care.
• Assess patients' physical and psychological conditions throughout care.
• Use the nursing process aligned with CBH’s philosophy, values, and standards.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and document tailored goals and interventions.
