UnityPoint Health-Meriter is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform patient care, assess needs, plan, implement and evaluate care in collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary team. The RN will supervise delegated nursing acts and deliver direct and indirect care per hospital policies and care standards.
Required BSN or relevant nursing degree, current Wisconsin RN license, and CPR certification or eligibility within three months of hire.
The Registered Nurse performs patient care procedures and skills acquired through graduation of an accredited school of nursing. The RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care according to hospital policies, procedures, protocols and care standards. The RN is responsible for direct and indirect care of patients through the supervision of select delegated nursing acts and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
