UnityPoint Health-Meriter is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care in alignment with hospital standards and policies. The RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care with collaboration from physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
The position requires a BSN (or equivalent), active Wisconsin RN licensure, CPR certification (or eligibility within 3 months), and EPIC proficiency is preferred. Day-shift orientation will be required.
TheRegistered Nurseperforms patient care procedures and skills acquired through graduation of an accredited school of nursing. The RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care according to hospital policies, procedures, protocols and care standards. The RN is responsible for direct and indirect care of patients through the supervision of select delegated nursing acts and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
