UnityPoint Health-Meriter in Wisconsin seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver direct and indirect patient care in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care according to hospital policies and standards.
Candidates should have a BSN (or equivalent on a case-by-case basis), possess a Wisconsin RN license, and maintain CPR certification or eligibility within three months of hire.
TheRegistered Nurseperforms patient care procedures and skills acquired through graduation of an accredited school of nursing. The RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care according to hospital policies, procedures, protocols and care standards. The RN is responsible for direct and indirect care of patients through the supervision of select delegated nursing acts and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
