Adventist Health Glendale seeks an experienced RN to provide coordinated nursing care for assigned patients, following established standards and the nursing process. The role involves supervising nursing staff and coordinating care with other disciplines while using critical thinking and professional judgment.

Responsibilities include discharge planning, collaboration with patients and families, and ensuring a safe, healing environment. A BSN is preferred and state RN licensure is required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• CPR or BLS certification per AH policy is required.
• Facility-specific BLS certification required per AH policy.
• CPI/TEAM/PVMB or related de-escalation training required.

Responsabilités

• Collects data, analyzes health information, and develops a plan to address patient needs.
• Collaborates with the care team to provide safe, humane, and compassionate care.
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegates tasks and coordinates duties of healthcare team members.
