Job summary
AdventHealth in Wesley Chapel, Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in a full-time, night-shift role. The position requires RN licensure and BLS certification, with preferred experience in critical care.
Qualifications
- Requires RN licensure and BLS certification.
- Experience in critical care or specialty units preferred.
- Ability to document accurately in EMR and communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and gather data on health status.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessments and diagnoses.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety.
- Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed.
- Provide education to patients and families about conditions and self-care.
