Qualifications

- Proficiency with Windows-based programs and basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed with safety.
- Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
- Document care in the EMR and participate in quality initiatives.
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure infection control standards.
