Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health invites applications for a Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. The role delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in a step-down unit, focusing on assessment, care planning, and coordination across units.

The position is full-time (36 hours/week) with a 7pm–7am shift, and every other weekend, offering competitive pay and benefits aligned with Mercy Health policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RN license in the state.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred at hire and ACLS must be obtained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status and develop care plans.
• Coordinate patient care across hospital units.
• Administer medications safely.
• Lead and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment.
