Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school with California RN license.
• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience.
• Current AHA BLS for Healthcare Professionals is REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
• Delegate and assign care delivery tasks and supervise accordingly.
• Assess appropriateness of physician orders and question when needed.
• Document per guidelines and ensure accurate, complete charting.
• Coordinate transfer and discharge planning with care team.
• Act as a resource for staff and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain therapeutic relationships and advocate for patients.
• Utilize nursing process and critical thinking in patient care.
