Job summary

Sharp HealthCare in California seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families on a variable shift. Hourly pay ranges from $61.74 to $90.16, with placement within the range based on RN experience per the collective bargaining agreement.

Requirements include graduation from nursing school, 3 years of clinical experience, California RN license, and BLS certification; ACLS is preferred. On-site role; weekend requirements as needed; no on-call.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school.
• 3 Years Clinical experience.
• California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing -REQUIRED
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
• Delegate and supervise care delivery appropriate to patient needs.
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation per guidelines.
• Support coworkers with guidance and feedback to improve performance.
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and health maintenance.
• Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary team and families.
• Apply nursing process to develop individualized care plans and ensure patient safety.
