Job summary

HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital in South Carolina seeks an RN Progressive Care Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead patient-centered care on the unit and collaborate with the nursing and management teams to monitor outcomes. The CNC provides resources to staff and helps shape care delivery policies to elevate patient experience and outcomes.

You will partner with a multidisciplinary team, assist with admissions and discharges, and coach staff to improve performance, scheduling and service quality.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in South Carolina is required.
• ACLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• BCLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.
