HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital in Charleston, SC is seeking a RN Progressive Care Clinical Nurse Coordinator to influence patient care, working with managers and national nursing initiatives.

The CNC coordinates care in the unit, partners with management, supports staff, and helps shape patient outcomes through collaboration and education.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• (RN) Registered Nurse credential.
• Bachelor's Degree must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to support improved outcomes and service.

Job Summary And Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role
