HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead and coordinate patient-centered care on the unit. You will partner with management to monitor nursing care and support staff engagement and service excellence.

The CNC will work with multidisciplinary teams, support admission/discharge processes, and provide coaching to improve outcomes and staff performance. This role emphasizes leadership within a trusted nursing team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent is required.
• ACLS and BCLS certifications within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care with the nursing team.
• Assist with admissions and discharges.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff to improve performance.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Bachelors Degree must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
