Job summary

HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care on the unit. You will partner with the management team to monitor nursing care and support staff to achieve exceptional outcomes.

In this role you will coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, assist with admissions and discharges, and provide coaching and training to improve performance. You will also help with scheduling and participate in nursing initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Bachelor’s degree must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Bachelors Degree must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
