HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital in Florence, SC is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to lead nursing care on the unit in partnership with the management team.

You will coordinate admissions and discharges, coach staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and the patient experience.

ACLS and BLS within 30 days; RN with BSN within 90 days; strong leadership and scheduling skills required for success in this role.

Competenze

• ACLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN licensure is required to practice as a registered nurse.
• Bachelor's degree must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleled patient experience.

What you will do in this role:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Bachelors Degree must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
